for educational leaders
I heard a new phrase:

panic teaching

My definition:
the result
of too many demands
closing in
from all sides

one might call it
pedagogical
claustrophobia

and I wonder
if it’s the effect
or the cause
of panic leading
(just coined that here)

—either way
an ouroborus
of deadly proportions
