Remember these days

Remember these days
write them on your hearts always
little beloveds

Sunday Friends, painted by my daughter-in-law, on display at the local art gallery.
My husband purchased it for his study at church.
Our granddaughter is on the right.

  1. Oh my goodness, my heart skipped a beat. This is breathtaking – the art and the verse together send divine chills, as if touched by an angel. Your daughter in law has captured a moment, and so have you. I understand why it will have a special place in your husband’s study. One glimpse of a moment, and I love “little beloveds.” The way Jesus said.

  2. Oh Fran, I love how your haiku and your daughter-in-law’s painting pair beautifully together enriching both pieces. Her style reminds me of Norman Rockwell’s paintings-the playfulness and emotion. Wow!
