I’ve been doing a lot of praying recently for everyone’s health…including Uncle Sam’s. I need to memorize this one. Thank you, and may it come to pass.

Yes, and yes, and yes. I’m hoping that when I unbury my head from the sand at the end of the week, I will see evidence of your poem.

Fran, your prayer poem is simple and powerful. May we all be blessed and be filled with the gift of civilization this week and not hate and anger.

We certainly need extra prayers today – and beyond. I will be re-reading your poetic version to bring me peace today.

Pitch perfect and powerful in its simplicity! You also taught me a new word: expiation. Thanks!
